Service Description
A private, practical workshop designed around the operational challenges your organization is facing. We can work through systems, documentation, file organization, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Wix, Excel, communications, or other areas where your team needs more clarity and confidence. Workshops can also include the development of practical tools and resources you can continue using after the session.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the full workshop fee. Because workshops are prepared specifically for your organization, fees are non-refundable once the workshop preparation has begun. If an unexpected circumstance arises, please contact us and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
