Casino Ready: A Practical Guide & Toolkit for Alberta Nonprofits
The Casino Ready guide is a practical planning and operations toolkit for Alberta nonprofits preparing for an AGLC charitable casino.
Designed for new and growing nonprofits preparing for their first casino, as well as organizations that want a better system for future casino events, Casino Ready helps your board and volunteers manage the entire casino cycle with more clarity and less last-minute scrambling.
From eligibility and early preparation through licensing, volunteer coordination, casino-day readiness, close-out and organizational handoff, the guide gives your organization a practical system for keeping responsibilities, documents, decisions and next steps organized.
Casino Ready complements official AGLC requirements and the guidance provided by your professional casino advisor. It focuses on the part that often falls to the nonprofit itself: planning, coordination, documentation, continuity and keeping the process moving.
